Chocolate Fondue

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips

  • 2 Tbsp. butter

  • 1 (14-oz.) can Condensed Milk

  • 2 Tbsp. water

  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract

  • Food to dip, including fruit: pineapple chunks, berries, bananas, apple wedges, grapes, kiwis, melon balls, etc.; and non-fruit: cubed angel food cake, cookies, marshmallows.

DIRECTIONS
1. In a heavy saucepan over medium heat, mix chocolate chips, butter, condensed milk, and water. Stir constantly until chocolate has melted, about 5 minutes, then remove from heat and stir in vanilla.
2. Enjoy warm as a fondue dip, and either warm or cold, drizzled over ice cream.
