Cranberry Chutney


  • 4 c. cranberries

  • 1 c. sugar

  • 1 c. water

  • 3 Tbsp. onion, finely chopped

  • 3 Tbsp. white vinegar

  • 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce

  • 1 tsp. salt

  • 1 tsp. chilli powder

  • 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon

INSTRUCTIONS | *Delicious with pork or turkey.
1. In a medium saucepan, combine cranberries, sugar and water. Heat to medium and stir continuously until sugar dissolves and cranberries pop.
2. Stir in chopped onion, vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, salt, chilli powder and ground cinnamon. Simmer for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
3. Ladle into sterilized jars, seal and store until needed.
